The filmmakers were unable to get permission from the South Korean government to film in the actual hospital, so scenes in the film set in Gonjiam were actually filmed in the National Maritime High School in Busan, with the production team adhering closely to the floor plan of the hospital to recreate exactly the same exterior and hallways.. She is obviously responding as she smiles at whoever it is.. It's definitely worth the watch if that's what you wanna know.
The acting was great and funny!
I felt like I actually cared for the characters. The premise is very interesting, but some scenes seem inspired by Grave Encounters.

I was instantly hooked from the start but towards the end, things stopped making sense… I felt like they rushed it and didn't bother to explain anything…
