Zack Weiner is an actor living on the Upper West Side of New York City. When the premier’s film industry grinds to a halt, Zach and his friend Joe embark on a unique project: filming a city council candidacy film while running for New York City Council. Zach and his campaign are working with their local community to improve the lives of their counterparts in the west, but the campaign is struggling to gain traction. Then, using some unconventional tactics, Zach’s team takes his underdog campaign to the top of New York politics.
